ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
- Graduate of any four-year business related course
- 30 years old and below
- Knowledgeable in different bank operations, procedures and technology
- Has excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Has outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Has strong administrative and organizational skills
- Honest and responsible
CREDIT OFFICER
- Must be male
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Civil Engineering or BS Geodetic Engineering
- 30 years old and below
- Preferably with at least two-year related work experience
- Has excellent marketing skills
- Has motorcycle-driving skills (with driver’s license)
- Honest and responsible
ACCOUNT OFFICER
- Must be male
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferably business related)
- 25 years old and below
- Preferably with background in microfinance or financing institutions
- Has excellent marketing skills
- Has motorcycle driving skills (with driver’s license)

LOANS BOOKKEEPER
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting
- 25 years old and below
- Preferably with at least one-year related work experience
- Computer literate
- Honest and responsible
TELLER
- Graduate of any four-year course
- 25 years old and below (preferably single)
- At least 5’2’’ in height
- With pleasing personality
- Preferably with at least one-year related work experience
- Has outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Honest, responsible and flexible
